Gilda
Radner Wilder
Comedienne - Ballerina
1946 .. 1989

Gilda Radner was a comedienne and actress of stage and screen.  She has been ranked with Lucille Ball and Carol Burnett as one of the greatest comediennes of the 20th Century.  Her work on the sketch comedy show Saturday Night Live made her both famous and beloved of the American audience.  She is the only female player from the show to date to win an Outstanding Performance Emmy for her work.

Mrs. Wilder's marker can be found near the center of the cemetery, a bit toward the right.  Look for the small tree/bush which is actually behind another stone.  There is also a small bench in front of the marker, allowing you to sit and reflect.

Don't miss Benny Goodman, also buried in this cemetery.

Factoid:  Gilda was actually the first person cast for the original run of Saturday Night Live.
