Louisa May Alcott
November 29, 1832 - March 6, 1888
Sleepy Hollow Cemetery - Concord, MA

Louisa May Alcott was an author, best known for her book Little Women.  However, she was also a seamstress, governess, teacher and Civil War nurse.

Louisa May actually has 2 stones - one with her initials and years of birth and death and another one flush with the ground a small distance away.

The Alcott Family plot is difficult to miss.  It is quite expansive and can easily be found on Author's Ridge via the numerous stone signs pointing to such.

Factoid:  Louisa May died as a result of having been given Mercury earlier in her life to treat Typhoid.
